The cost refers to the daily stay. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. The cost includes consumption (water, electricity and gas), linen with weekly change and a parking space in the parking area. Final cleaning, tourist tax and any additional services are to be calculated separately. Check-in is at 5.00 pm on the day of arrival while check-out is at 9.00 am on the day of departure (these times, by agreement between the parties, may vary). The published prices include VAT, are daily and vary according to the period. We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartments at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras) will not be changed under any circumstances.
